We need a location for family members from Tennessee and Georgia to meet, hopefully eat lunch, and spend a few hours together. Does anyone have any suggestions? We would love to be close to I-75. Thanks!
mtg. place in Chattanooga near I-75
At the Hamilton Place Blvd. exit or the Shallowford Road exit there are numerous restaurants. These exits are about 5 miles up 75 from the junction of 24 and 75. Hamilton Place is the large shopping center that%26#39;s along I-75. That would probably be your best bet. A short list of restaurants around that area, in no particular order:
California Pizza Kitchen
Sticky Fingers Barbeque
Carrabba%26#39;s
Fox %26amp; Hound Pub %26amp; Grille
Kanpai of Tokyo
J Alexander%26#39;s
Bonefish Grill
Hope this helps!

I would sugeest a less corwded area with easier access to 75. The east ridge exit off of 75. Its on the edge of the tennessee georgia border they have all the fast food places you can imagine BUT
I would suggest going to uncle buds. its a chicken and catfish house. they serve beans, and biscuts and gravy with everymeal and they have an all you can eat platter, not a buffet but a platter! they have HUGE chicken breasts and their food is awsome!
Its right next to 75 exit on rinngold road.
Just take 75 toward chattanooga from georgia and take the first exit after you enter tennessee, the Uncle Buds catfish and chicken house will be on your right!
I agree with wooods. It will be worth driving 5 more minutes past East Ridge to get to the Hamilton Place exit. Many, many restaurants are next to the interstate.
Hamilton place has pretty much any chain restaurant you can think of. Kind of crowded right now b/c of Xmas though. Not much in East Ridge but Cracker Barrel and Uncle Buds.
Yeah but access to the interstate (not to mention the traffic) is very difficult at hamilton place for people who have never been there!
I will have to agree on Uncle Bud%26#39;s. It is more of a family place and I don%26#39;t think that they would rush you out the door if you wanted to visit for a while. The Hamilton Place area is to busy this tome of year.
I answered the same question in the Georgia forum. Please let us all know where you all met.
Yes.
We would love to know for future reference about your experience.
