Usually around 1 am when the streets wrap up. Just like most any other time prehaps they stay open later on weekends.

You might be able to get a burger at McDonalds at 1 am, but I think you will find most of the real restaraunts stop serving by 8 or 9 pm. Alot of it depends on how busy they are.
