Can you suggest the best place for buying photographic equipment in Memphis, preferably downtown?

I am not sure of any stores downtown that sell photographic equipment, however if you can get out toward east Memphis you can find the following places:

Memphis Photo Supply: 561 Erin Drive, zip 38117. Erin Drive is right off Poplar Avenue so you can follow Poplar out from Downtown.

Also there%26#39;s Wolf Camera and Video. There are several locations around town, but here are two of them:

The one on Union Avenue is closer to downtown than the one on Poplar Avenue, however, the Poplar Avenue store is close to Memphis Photo Supply so you could visit both of them in one trip.

Memphis Photo Supply will lilely have more professional gear than Wolf Camera. Wolf is more of a hobbyist/consumer type of store, but they do sell some professional quality equipment.

I can%26#39;t think of the name, but I believe there is one on the Madison Avenue trolley line. look at downtownmemphis.com and they have a listing of every business in downtown.

The one on the trolley line has closed up shop.
