Did you use any of the amenities listed on their website? Like basketball, volleyball, etc. It looks like they have a lot of extra things to do around there? Also how far was your cabin to the next cabin? I want a little privacy.

i have never stayed in a sunsetcottage but i have been to the smokies and stayed in alot of cabins and most of them are away from each other up in the mountains its gotten alittle worse with privacy in the last couple of years since they are building cabins everywhere,my sister stayed in a sunset cottage cabin and she enjoyed it myself i like patriot cabin rentals

I have stayed at Sunset Cottage%26#39;s cabin Grin and Bear It. It%26#39;s a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath in a wooded private setting. The location is wooded and private, yet it%26#39;s only 2-3 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. It has a pool table, jacuzzi, hot tub, fireplace, tv%26#39;s with dvd in the bedrooms and a tv in the game room. I highly recommend this cabin.

We stayed in ';A Walk in the Clouds';. It sits up on bluff mountain just outside of Pigeon Forge. There was one cabin behind us by about 40 yards and no one in front of us - just a wooded area between us and the next cabin down the road a bit. And no one on either side of us because both sides were a valley. It was AWESOME! We felt totally private...and we thought that was important for our honeymoon!

We did not use the amenities listed on Sunset%26#39;s website other than what was in our cabin. In fact, you might want to double check them because I think it depends on which cabin you stay in. Some are in communities that have those amenities - ours was not.
